Yes. Therapy is always 100% confidential, and your privacy is my top priority. Information shared in sessions stays between us, with rare exceptions related to safety that I will explain upfront.

Many extended health benefit plans cover therapy. I can provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement, but direct billing depends on your provider. Check with your insurer to confirm coverage for licensed therapists or psychotherapy services in Ontario.
