1. What is therapy, and how can it help me?
Therapy is a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Aiding in navigating issues like anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions by developing coping strategies, improving self-awareness, and fostering personal growth.
2. Do you offer virtual therapy in Ontario?
I provide secure online therapy across Ontario through a private telehealth platform. Virtual therapy is convenient, flexible, and allows you to get support from the comfort of your home.
Available in: Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Mississauga, and anywhere in Ontario.
3. What if I don’t feel comfortable opening up at first?
That’s completely normal. Building trust takes time. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

I specialize in therapy for those struggling with:

Every client is different, but generally speaking, sessions are exploratory rather than structured- focused on understanding rather than “fixing.” We look at what’s happening in your life now, and over time, begin to explore how deeper patterns and earlier experiences might be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others.
5. Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Therapy is always 100% confidential, and your privacy is my top priority. Information shared in sessions stays between us, with rare exceptions related to safety that I will explain upfront.
6. Do you accept insurance or direct billing?
Many extended health benefit plans cover therapy. I can provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement, but direct billing depends on your provider. Check with your insurer to confirm coverage for licensed therapists or psychotherapy services in Ontario.
